Taking place during the fair:
Rotary Pancake Breakfast at the Miller & Lux Buidling 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM,
Drinks, Food Booths and public information booths are also open during the event. There is usually a concurrent event taking place at the Henry Miller Plaza at the intersection of H and Main Streets. See the information for the scheduled Street Faire dates below to see the added activites planned for that show.

Generally the fairs are scheduled on the 2nd or 3rd Saturday of April and the last Saturday of September. Once the dates are proposed and accepted by the chamber board of directors, downtown merchants and the City those dates will be posted here.

Special Notes for food vendors:
As in past years food vendors are required to hold a valid Merced County Health Department Permit. This year the form and guidelines are available on this site, just follow the links below to download. The fees are listed on the application and checks should be made out to the Los Banos Chamber of Commerce. The chamber also requires the Street Fair Application (link below) to accompany the Health Permit. Application fees may be combined with the permit fees.

For any type of food sales - you must have a Merced County Food Permit, absolutely no exceptions.
New for this show: No non-profit operated food booths will be allowed - this includes water and prepared foods of any sort that requires a Merced County Health Permit.
Apply early and note that this is a rain or shine event.
